AsiaBoleh provides an online gaming platform accessible via the website asiaboleh.win. Use of this platform is fully subject to the Terms and Conditions set out in this document. By registering an account, making a deposit, or starting any gaming session, you are deemed to have read, understood, and agreed to all these terms.

• Confirmed bets cannot be cancelled by the player.

An AsiaBoleh account may be terminated under the following circumstances:

• At the user's request: You may request account closure at any time by contacting our customer support team. Any valid cash balance will be returned to you once the verification process is complete.
• By asiaboleh due to terms violation: Accounts found to be in violation of any terms in this document will be terminated, and associated balances may be forfeited depending on the nature of the violation.
• Due to inactivity: Accounts showing no activity for 12 consecutive months will be considered inactive and may be subject to a monthly maintenance fee until the account balance is depleted or the account is closed.
• Self-exclusion: Players who apply for self-exclusion through the asiaboleh responsible gaming program will have their access to the platform suspended for the chosen duration.

Before any termination is carried out due to a terms violation, asiaboleh will investigate the case and, in most situations, will notify the user in advance — except in cases of clear fraud or security threats.

While we strive for 99.9% uptime, technical disruptions beyond our control — including server failures, internet outages, or force majeure events — will not result in any liability on the part of AsiaBoleh.

AsiaBoleh's total liability to any user claim is limited to the net deposit amount made by that user within the 30 days preceding the event giving rise to the claim. AsiaBoleh is not liable for:
